Lab work review
If you’re not yet ready to commit to a 3-month plan, then this option may be for you. During this 60-minute one-on-one consultation, we’ll review your recent bloodwork, discuss areas for improvement, and create an action plan with appropriate supplement, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations.
3-month plan
Lifestyle change takes time. This plan offers the support you need to reach your nutrition goals and feel your best. The 3-month plan includes:
- 75-minute initial consultation
- 11 weekly 30-minute follow-up appointments
- Personalized goal setting to achieve long-term sustainable results
- Nutrition education
- Lab work review and interpretation
- Food journal review
- Recipe curation and meal-planning support
- Ongoing communication and feedback via chat
6-month plan
This plan recognizes that sometimes life can get in the way of reaching your nutrition goals. This plan provides additional support and reflection activities to help you stay on track. The 6-month plan includes everything in the 3-month plan plus:
- 23 weekly 30-minute follow-up appointments
- Revision to goals when appropriate
- Workbooks to help with goal setting and habit tracking
- Custom recipe e-book and resources
